That's how the court system works, you see, once something is filed it's automatically true and questioning it is frivolous.

He's given them several opportunities to dismiss it, and they are unwilling to take these opportunities. There is no incentive for judges to perform well or to clear a docket.

Without politisperging, the untouchable nature of a federal judge is beginning to become unpopular and things might change eventually.
