In fact I believe while tantruming in Cuba she used almost those exact words ("I dont want to grow, I dont want to change!)

I wrote a whole novel here about how Chantal's life of self centered over indulgence is a fantastic cautionary tale about how getting everything you want only makes you miserable physically, mentally and emotionally but it got long and off point so I erased it and just wanted to keep this:

You need calluses to be happy in life.
You need to experience and build up a tolerance to all the little pains of life so they don't ruin your day or mood, so you can navigate them smoothly, solve them quickly and move forward.

People like Chantal who avoid all discomfort, all pains and all obstacles, never develop the mental and emotional calluses needed to calmly approach things as simple as a set of instructions for furniture assembly without melting down completly.

When you do anything new for the first time it's probably going to be confusing and you'll probably get some shit wrong but with practice it becomes easy.
Imagine if every time you went to do the laundry it was stressful and you fucked up because instead of ever figuring it out you always gave up halfway through and screamed until your mom did it for you.
It never becomes easy, it never becomes a routine and you're forever stressing about what should be a normal, every day task and ruining all your clothes.

That is Chantal with EVERYTHING.

She has no patience, no willpower, no impulse control and no appreciation for delayed gratification because these are all things you build by processing criticism, overcoming obstacles and facing denial.

She has no curiosity, no self reflection, no imagination and no empathy because she's too afraid of being uncomfortable even for a moment.

Everytime you do something for yourself it gets easier. Chantal does nothing so every thing is hard. Every little task is overwhelming and nearly impossible, and she's running out of people to do things for her (and the money to pay them).

Personally, I don't envy that life.
Her laziness and unwillingness to engage in this world has left her perpetuallying confused and frustrated and her only response is rage and eating. She's so stunted from years of intellectual and emotional laziness that she can't connect with others (or even see them as real people) and can't even begin to understand the world around her.

If she hadn't done it all to herself I might even feel a bit bad for her. Instead I find it amusing to watch her flail at the slightest inconvenience, rage at the tiniest disagreement and fail at the easiest tasks.

Another way to frame this is that getting remonetized isn't really the gold plated trophy some think it is. Many lolcows similar to Foodie would have their lives immeasurably improved by finding a normal job and having a better relationship with the Internet in the long term.

Chins was there when grandmother passed then left her family at the hospital. As soon as she got back she went loive from the villa. She pretended to be upset for a bit then talked about starting an Only Fans! As classy and respectful as usual. She went to Nader's shortly after.
