Women dislike various parts of their bodies (or those parts don't confirm to idealized expectations of what their bodies should look like) all the time, and unless those features cause actual medical issues, very few get paid for by insurance/ public aid. Theory being: if it doesn't cause physical medical issues, it's cosmetic rather than medically needed. Would I like for vanity projects to be covered? Sure, I'd (theoretically) love to have anything I deem to be "healthcare" covered 100% on demand, with no additional cost to me. And I don't love the cost of even basic medical care or that healthcare insurance for me and a couple of kids costs $20k/ year, regardless of use. But economics are real, and an insurance pool cannot sustain itself by including elective (usually very expensive) cosmetic wishes of the covered pool.
