Holy shit, I know this guy.
He's both from my country and region has a YouTube channel where he talks about game development and also makes some games, he's kinda well known in the Spanish-speaking side of YouTube game devs and I think he started working on that game and documenting it between 2021-2022.
Outside that, I don't really know much more about him, I prefer watching other YouTubers of the same style like Guinxu or Alba Majo, (even though he also made some cool content in the past too)
He's now living in the Balkans apparently.

Anyways I haven't been able to find any drama lately other than AI sperging. Then again I did find this one screenshot recalled that was posted when a couple of dudes were lambasting about there not being alot of "SFW" furry artist gaining popularity. I'm sure it's been discussed here but I thought it wouldn't hurt to add something to keep it on topic for now.

What's the point of SFW furry art, genuinely? Furries drop out of college to become artists for the social clout and the money. Adding nudity is a +150% modifier. Add in scat, that's another 150-200%. I've known ruthless businessman artist who make a stink about drawing scat and gore while having no issues doing so for the sake of paymaxxing.
Who wants to draw SFW for uhh.. likes? Their friends? Women, experience would argue, but those are the most ruthless of money drainers in the genre of artistry. Go onto any modern furry app and you'll see what the fandom is actually like these days: No one plays games, no one is a shut-in gem looking for validation. It's all tiktok performatives but uhhh they chose to grift the fandom instead of weebs or 40k mini painters.
The fandom is nothing anymore. Why one would want to partake in nothing is beyond me. You draw porn of your OC? Welcome to literally any community.

Yes and also if they are playing a canon character they have to be in two active lit RPs during the monthly activity check or a janny WILL be messaging them with a warning.
Definitely the AI part. The others will be used to bash it ("see, AI bros hate trannies and post on KF!").

Because artists draw for reasons other than just money. There are incredibly detailed and well done examples of furry artwork which serve a purpose other than as fap fodder for gooners.

It goes back to the core appeal of anthro/furry characters: They're maximizing emotionally expressive cues that certain people (autistics) can recognize more easily than in human faces. For example, see this photo of a person genuinely smiling?
Clearly a very happy dude. However, my mind doesn't connect to this guy's emotional state in the same way I can connect to this:
Shitty art in this example, especially the shadow work, but that's besides the point. It makes me happy to see something like this, as dumb as that is.
Healthy human minds instinctively mirror the emotional state of others, it's a core component of having empathy, but some people are boinked in the mind and struggle with those instinctive connections until it's a cartoon fox creepily smiling at them. My autistic brain fires the appropriate combination of neurons to make me feel emotions more clearly when I see furry characters displaying them. I'd change that if I could, but I can't, so I spend a not-insignificant amount of time looking at cartoon animals in mundane situations for psychological gratification.
When you tie it back into the sexual stuff, it's probably the case that furry smut allows certain people to better access the emotional state of the participants in a sexual scenario.
