I think it was that email Russ sent that was improperly marked Attorney's Eyes Only. It contained a settlement demand that Hardin was required to show Null. Hardin had to file a notice about it just to stay in compliance with a lawyer's duties and obligations.



It's pretty gutsy of Russ to lie about which email Hardin is talking about, when this specific misconduct was already filed before the court. The most charitable, tard-shielding benefit of the doubt you could give him, is that he thought Hardin was complaining about a threat to Hardin, when the threat of law enforcement was made against Null.
