Tabula Rasa is "blank slate" theory, the idea that every person in the world is a completely fungible human resources people-unit and that if you swapped out say, Trump and Kamala at birth, giving them the same upbringing, they'd be the exact same people just with their identity group signifiers different (i.e., you'd have a female jeet Trump and a white male Kamala).
Tabula Rasa has been discredited for CENTURIES now. But the idea that maybe Niggers just aren't as smart as Black people or maybe Women just aren't interested in tech as much is heresy to the left.
This rule is how they've attacked meritocracy for decades now. If you hire just the best people via an identity group blind method and somehow don't end up with 20-50% niggers and 50-75% women it's taken as evidence that you MUST have illegally discriminated in some way. Which they twisted into making you illegally discriminate IN FAVOR OF females/niggers/trannies/etc, to avoid this outcome.
