Now that the entire set of cards has been laid out (besides some suprise extra chapter in 2028 with the aftermath of Trump's second term), It really makes me ponder just how much different things could have been if so many factors listed throughout each part that has done such possibly irreparable damage to every cultural sphere and the Internet as a whole never existed, would things be better? possibly, but it could have easily have given way to something far worse, or what could be seen as a brighter future than we have now.
Gonna start doing my best (heh)
Vinesauce?![]()
Why would Vinesauce be one of the things that ruined the internet?, he is legitimately one of the few fun streamers out there with fun memes
Definitely the next logical step if you ask me, but I wouldn't blame him if he wanted to take a break after finishing this undertaking before starting on a new one lmaoSomething Awful Files when?
Something Awful Files when?
Someone else would have to do that. Right now, the closest your gonna get is BedheadBernie's video on Lowtax, the MaTI stream Null did around the same time, and MagicMush's video on Shmorky.Definitely the next logical step if you ask me, but I wouldn't blame him if he wanted to take a break after finishing this undertaking before starting on a new one lmao

Tho I will say, MLYP, the guy that exposed Grummz as a gooner freak, made mention in the intro of his latest Something Awful lore video about working on a bigger video about SA's influence on the Internet at large, so that could be good (tho it will definitely have a lefty bias):Someone else would have to do that. In the grand scheme of things, I'd say the "secret ingredient" wasn't just Paper Mario, but GameCube nostalgia as a whole. TTYD did play a massive part though, due to the Sticker Star/Color Splash backlash.I honestly couldn't wrap my head around the first half of Case IV, but are you saying the secret ingredient was Paper Mario? Because that's legit nuts to say. I know it's a beloved series and the fans can be rabid (Chuggaaconroy's "Sticking it to Sticker Star" is one of the most autistic breakdowns I've seen), but I’m honestly having a hard time seeing how deeply influential it was to Internet culture even with the evidence presented.
Then again, Super Paper Mario had Francis' "So tech-niCAAAL" and subsequential humor...
I think it's more about the online impact of the backlash on the DS games and the connection it has to the games repainted community.I honestly couldn't wrap my head around the first half of Case IV, but are you saying the secret ingredient was Paper Mario? As someone who has always appreciated the GameCube since childhood, I hate that it was the main platform freaks latched onto so hard.GameCube nostalgia as a whole.
