WHO IS OXIDE?
Oxide, or Benjamin Schiff, is a guntuber who went from LARPing as a Russian combatant, to a shill for the North Atlantic Fellas Organization (NAFO), to a US Army Helicopter Pilot, only to be discovered as a gay furry who films himself getting fucked in the ass.
EARLY MEDIA WITH VIDEO GAMES
He is heavily involved in the 4chan /k/ (the weapons board) centric activities since the 2010s and has published his own content under the handle bbsflying on October 3, 2011 [ SocialBlade Link ] (a reference to airsoft, a sport which uses realistic replicas of firearms which launch plastic BBs)

Most of these uploads would show gameplay from the“Milsim” genre of video games. Which are video games which simulate military scenarios and often are commercially available versions of computer-based simulators for use in actual military training. These would include content such as the Arma series for ground-based infantry combat, DCS flight simulator, War Thunder (a video game featuring more realistic damage models of vehicles).
AIRSOFT AND MILSIM
Around 2014 he would upload videos of his participation in Milsim West (MSW), an event which features airsoft as the core focus, however done with the use of military training sites and teams are organized and split into a realistic military organization.
Milsim West is a company which hosts military simulation events using airsoft replicas founded in 2012. The events continuously operate typically 3 days long, and participants would have to sleep, maintain security, and move in a military-structured group during the event. Participants would have to adhere to a hierarchy of squads, platoons, companies, and battalions. The event is focused more on realism, and participants must adhere to a strict uniform code and have specific types of replicas for their respective faction (IE: M4 Carbines for NATO, AK rifles for Russia). The themes of these events would be a hypothetical war between Russia and NATO forces. The event would also have participants use extensive use of pyrotechnics such as smoke grenades and airsoft grenades which use ignited powder, as well as the use of blank-fire firearms replicas or real firearms fitted with blank ammunition and blank firing devices.
Milsim West would have their participants split into three teams. Team NATO (which is full of Delta Force and Navy Seal tryhards), team Russia (Which attracts trannies and gays for some reason), and team Militia (civilians larping as insurgents or civilians).
Schiff would play predominantly as team Russia for the Rushing Russians group, as shown since his 2014 upload of Milsim West’s “Jump to Crimea” event.
While he would continue to upload video game related videos, he would more frequently upload videos of his participation of MSW events. Exclusively being in the Russian team with the Rushing Russians group. These videos would feature Russian pop music from the latter-era of the USSR.

Pivot to Firearms Related Content
Around 2018 Schiff would taper off uploads of video games and instead focus more on firearms-related content and the demonstration of Russian military individual equipment. There would be a demonstration of equipment either sold from Flandre or on loan from him. The videos would also receive sponsorship, such as from Grey Shop (A Russian based military replica equipment retailer), the KommandoStore (a US-based military surplus (milsurp) retailer), and others. This videos would often supplement the requisite information for participation in MSW or for Russian military reenacters.
Flandre / BFGMovies / Mugi Chan
Flandre is a known male tripfag to the /k/ board of 4chan and a frequent participant for the Russian faction of Milsim West. Through the founding of a Georgia-based tech company he was able to obtain the funds to acquire Eastern Bloc military vehicles and high-end and rare Russian firearms. He also likely has a SOT, which allows him to build and possess machine guns. He also has the tools and infrastructure to assemble firearms from parts kits; which with US law, modern select-fire firearms cannot be imported, as a result the receiver and barrel must be destroyed and then sold commercially as weapon parts kits, most often from former military small arms arsenals. These parts kits can then become reassembled as firearms yet in configurations which are lawful within the United States.
Flandre would upload firearms related content online to /k/ and Youtube, while frequently dressed as female anime characters. Such as Touhou characters. Another notable posting on /k/ was the sharing of possibly cum brownies at a /k/-related meetup in Georgia.

Flandre was able to meet and marry an (actually genuine) woman, who goes by the alias of Mugi Chan. They would have a kid together. However, around the late 2010s or early 2020s Flandre was involved in a severe car accident which left severe and permanent injuries.
With YouTube’s crackdown on firearms related content, edgy memes featuring music produced by international music created by designated terrorist organizations combined with his disabilities from vehicle accident injuries, Flandre stopped making videos as the figurehead. Flandre announces this in 2024 while he fully trooned out.

Videos with Flandre’s involvement are still being made and published to this day, however the frontman of these videos would be Mugi Chan (A REAL WOMAN WHO IS SHOWING OFF MAN HOBBY, NO WAY!!), yet Flandre would be the cameraman, script writer, logistics, and technical expert. MAINSTREAM BREAKTHROUGH - A PIVOT TO REAL RUSSIAN HARDWARE
Schiff was able to reach to a significant amount of popularity and break into the mainstream around 2020 with videos demonstrating the history and function of Russian military equipment including body armor and helmets. However what distinguishes his videos apart were destruction testing of this armor with incrementally larger ammunition types to exotic armor piercing ammunition not readily available in the commercial market.
He would sparingly upload video game related content and instead focus more on real-life demonstrations of Russian military hardware, which would include rare and mostly inaccessible equipment such as the T-72 Main Battle Tank, and the then-current issue select-fire AK-12 service rifle, as well as then-current issue Russian military hardware that is not found in the commercial market, and only through (corrupted) military channels from supply sergeants and quartermasters selling official military stock.
OXIDE THE DISCORD ADMIN, MILITARY LEAKS, AND THE RUSSIAN INVASION OF UKRAINE
On February 22, 2022. Russia launches a military invasion of Ukraine. While the Russians view it as a special military operation for the denazification of Ukraine, the Ukrainians view it as an illegal military invasion against a peaceful non-warring nation. Schiff immediately pivots from being a Russiaboo to going full on "Slava Ukraini" NAFO shill. He would pressure others to do the same to remain in good standing, especially within his Disord server. Such as incentives for server retention for typing out "Slava Ukraini", which he would use in a later video featuring the equipment used by the Ukrainian Army.
With the ongoing war Schiff's published videos on the characteristics of then-issue Russian ground military equipment. Such as design flaws, ballistic resistance, night vision signatures, and other attributes which are published before the war. This has allowed him to position himself as a subject matter expert on this topic. Which allows him to be a featured guest on mainstream media on the topics of the Russo-Ukrainian War.
Until a few months after the war started, the Discord server was publicly available. Called the Oxide Hub, However there were mainly two factors which made it as restricted to those who are Patreon members and those who are in Schiff's good standing, such as spouting Ukrainian slogans as commanded.
One would be petty breaking of the somewhat murky Discord server rules, including but not limited to: posting memes in the Ukrainian War topic channel, saying that Ukraine is a corrupt European country, or deliberate use of Russian memes.
The other restriction was the Thug Shaker incident.
Jack Teixeira
Jack Teixeira (Born on December 2001) was a United States Air Force Airman who has created a Discord server called "Thug Shaker Central" (referring to a meme of gay hood niggas shaking their ass) in 2020. Teixeira's role in the USAF was to handle classified information such as battle plans, identities of officials working actively with the United States, and spy operations and transfer them to various records and computer systems in an IT capacity. This classified information would include TOP SECRET information, which is the highest known classification rating for United States and related intelligence.
After the February 2022 invasion of Ukraine by Russia for Discord clout Teixeira would claim that he knows about the involvement of the United States in the war. When doubted by his Discord group, he would post several classified documents. These would include American battle plans for Ukraine, Ukrainian logistics and troop movements, American informants and personnel for the Ukrainian War effort within Ukraine, US spy capacity on other nations such as South Korea and Egypt, and several other classified information. This is one of the largest breaches and leaks of US classified information since Wikileaks and Edward Snowden.
Teixeira was soon arrested by the FBI and raiding his home after the New York Times identified him with his gamertags and photographs. He was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison on November 12, 2024. In March 2025, he was recalled to active duty for a court-martial, resulting in a dishonorable discharge.
Around 2022-2023 he was a known participant in the Oxide Hub, with the severe penalty of possessing classified information and having a medium of unauthorized dissemination of classified information Teixeria was banned from the Oxide Hub discord server, with the server being deleted and restarted or the server kicking most participants who didn't already be in good standing with Schiff or his Patreon supporters.

OXIDE THE US ARMY SOLDIER
After being bullied for being a Russiaboo LARPer, Schiff commissions as a Warrant Officer in the United States Army as a helicopter pilot shortly after the breakout of the Russo-Ukrainian War. From there his tempo of video uploads has slowed down, with the justification of the difficulties of acquiring Russian military equipment post-sanctions against Russia, that Russian military equipment is being already used actively in the war and less goes to the open market, distancing his position on Russia, and his full-time position as a helicopter pilot.
He has adapted the format of his videos to the evaluation of other NATO equipment, such as the current issue British Army helmet and the Canadian Armed Forces military loadout and armor testing.
He was also able to capitalize on a meme about him of false allegations of him being a member of the Canadian Army by Berkley Collective Safety, a far-left media group (L)(A).
OXIDE THE GAY FURRY
On November 20, 2025 a post on Kiwifarms on the General Guntuber Thread as well as on 4chan /k/ revealed that Oxide is a gay furry that self-publishes pornography of himself of Twitter getting pounded in the ass while wearing a fursuit helmet.
There is a positive identification of the receiver being Schiff by arm tattoos, which confirms older footage of him shooting firearms as well as the self-published porn on October 26, 2025.
Since then, Kiwifarmers would go and archive and further confirm that Oxide is a gay furry. With his furry X handle @holeoti (NSFW) (L)(A) and @wholeoty (L)(A). The former being active since January 2025 and the latter active since September 2025. He also lists a Telegram profile called FeralTigress
