Absolutely she is 100% the definition of a hot mess. She’s Hebrew MTG. Remember the fake tire slashing?
Let's be honest here, Laura Loomer is much worse than MTG. Loomer is fucking disgusting and looks like she stinks. There's not many women out there as nasty as her.

Instead of citing some random grifter, cite the original source:

See everyone? Some people actually do care about proper sources.

The thing with taxes being bad is that they're a horrifically inefficient use of money. If you assess property values to collect taxes to fund programs to distribute money to low income families to spend on a curated list of food products, that's like five steps you're spending money for retarded bureaucrats to manage it. Instead, you just don't make people poor by taking their money in the first place. Those bureaucrats can get new jobs creating actual value instead of siphoning it, and the economy is improved.

Friend of mine was complaining, he's in a blue shithole city and out of his entire mortgage + insurance + taxes payment each month, more than like 25% alone is taxes. Plus that compounds on top of post-tax income, you're paying one tax with money that's reduced FROM A TAX APPLIED UPSTREAM. There's a reason people used to tar and feather the tax men.

people need to stop thinking a house is an investment vehicle. it's a home!
People need to stop thinking that cutting taxes is a gift.

If I'm walking down the street and Tyrone decides not to steal my shoes and $50 in my wallet, this is not the same as Tyrone gifting me a new pair of shoes and a new wallet with $50 in it.
May not happen since apparently he no longer needs to recognize Israel in order to woo the United States but might be willing accept discreet economic ties with the Israelis.
Saudis were already about to reproach Israel until Hams did the ultimate dindu chimpout on Oct 7th and caused Israel to tardrage in Gaza.

The backroom leadership desire to smooth things over with Israel is there, but the public optics of it are very bad for the House of Saud.
Reminder to all, that Bill Clinton wasn't tried for receiving a blowjob, but for a wide-range of crimes including misuse of FBI information, sexual assault cases and others. The lies about Monica Lewinsky were about witness credibility. I say this because growing up all I got from the media was how puritan Republicans were making a fuss about his sex life and it was none of a court's business but something domestic.

It was genuinely quite a shock when as an adult I finally learned what the investigation was actually about.
I was lucky to have young-conservative parents (as opposed to blind boomercons), and it was actually my mom who pretty much said "No he didn't get impeached for cheating on his wife, he got impeached for abusing power to cover it up and lying to the American people about it"

Nick was on fire in this clip. He utterly dismantles Mark Levin and his idiotic Israel-first claptrap. Ben Shapiro also gets slapped upside his smarmy head. Bravo Nick!
Dude, Nick will never be cool

A bunch of "right-wing" Twitter grifters are saying that abolishing property taxes is bad and only benefits boomers:
Property Taxes are terrible. It's the government forcibly making you a renter on land that YOU OWN or in most cases don't even own yet because you have a mortgage. If I didn't have to pay local property taxes I would have already paid off my house by now.

My compromise would be confiscatory taxes on any property that isn't your primary residence. Make it unprofitable to be a retired landlord and many of these problems solve themselves.

So having worked with slum lords and the such, I get where you re coming from I really do. Now old sumlord "patel" would just say "sar is just jelous of my many houses and the sec 8 money I get" But what you suggesting creates distortions in the market.

couple of issues comes to mind.

a) There are situations where being a renter works. People do like to move around for various reasons, Also not everyone is suitable or ready for home ownership.

Who would handle rental situations then? The goverment? Churches? have communes? As anoying as the landlord is when people have ownership they have a motive to take care of their property....lol slum lords are cheap fuckers but at the end of the day they still paid me to fix their shit.

The tenats will scream "FUCK YOU BITCH" as they put holes in the wall.

If I was building housing I would want the walls to be fucking cement so they can break their hands when they punch it.

Oh, and heavy estate taxes. I'm not a big believer in "generational wealth." It's bad enough being lorded over by smart billionaires but even worse things happen when their dumbass kids inherit it.

So here is the problem the mega wealth and their cargo cult groups would just create foundations that hold the assents and give their spawn positions on the board etc.

if we want to go down the rabbit whole how to address inequality and generational poverty. I have some simple ideas.

you pull a japan and get rid of zoning regulations let people what ever type of housing they want it I wanna take a 4000 square foot house by the country knock it down and and build a 3 story apartment builing lets fucking GO!

Get the goverment out of the loan buisiness the goverment sponsered entities freddie and fannie are a big fucking problem

FDR was trying to service an idea where you worked for 30 years paid off your hous in you 50's you then lived in the house and died there in your late 50 early 60s

I would take away the loans and that would do alot to reduce housing prices and fuck every home owner out there.

most people buy a house for the school district and live there for about 9-13 years till the kids is out of school so look at it like this.

Two kiwis finish college at the age of 22 (lol) then they marry start their jobs and then go on buy a house at the age of 25 (LAMO) they have their little Kiwi Jr. once the kids are 20 they are in the mid 40s and might want to move somewhere else. Also like I ve harped on once a house is buildt the systems on it like the Hvac, roof, plumbing etc start to run down and need replacement.

A more realisitic loan term would 15-20 years. again people will scream at me for it, but I ve lived through the 2004 to 2008 housing crash.

To be honest, a lot of people who support Trump overlook his dealings with the Arabian Gulf states as long as he doesn't fail at domestic policy objectives.
I mean, I’m sure there’s stuff going on behind the scenes, but letting a bunch of dune coons have F-35s and nuclear material for FREE is terrible.

RE: Abolishment of property taxes.

The concern is that the lost profit from property taxes would be offset by consumer goods and business taxation, further raping under-30s who cannot afford a house in this economy regardless of property tax, and are forced to rent.

If I'm given only one vote against 5 boomers and countless illegals, I'd like to pay only 1/5th of the taxes. But the fear is that instead this will shelter boomers and other upper-middle-class homeowners and shift the tax burden to the youth, again.
Who do you think spends more money on sales tax? The rich boomer or the young person just starting their career? It's the rich boomer, by far. Young people think they don't pay property tax because it's hidden in their rent payments, but they actually do pay it. Lots of them vote to increase property taxes and then bitch about their greedy landlord for raising their rent to cover the taxes they voted for.

Property tax is the most evil tax because you can't escape it. Want to pay less sales tax? All you have to do is buy less stuff (necessities like food are already tax free). The only way not to pay property tax is to be homeless.

Again, because in the existing tax system, property taxes in many states (including Florida) can't increase beyond a certain rate a year, new homebuyers often pay more tax than longtime homeowners. Other states already have reduced property taxes for those over 65 (e.g. Texas). Eliminating property taxes therefore disproportionally benefits new and recent property buyers.

Lowering the cost of owning a home is objectively a good thing unless you're an envious communist.
A compromise: property taxes on business properties only. Wal-mart pays tax, banks pay tax etc. I'd make exceptions for farms and small home based business.
That is the Florida plan that all the shills are dooming about. No property tax for homesteads and the existing tax system for all other property.

Oh yeah, dude, there's an air gap under it right now. My fingers will go right under that sucker, no digging required. Note it's about 20 years old (not that it sounds like the builder did it right in the first place) and it's in a desert area so there's undoubtedly been some erosion, but yeah, at least a foot or so of it is just floating out there on nothing.

Sounds like I need to make some calls :)
Yeah that's fucked. Basically when you put weight on a structural member that's just sticking out the bottom part will be in compression and the top part in tension. Unfortunately concrete sucks in tension (that's the big characteristic that steel rebar in the concrete improves).

I would at a minimum avoid driving on the overhang so it doesn't snap off and fuck up your parents car but I'm not really sure how you would fix that properly aside from redoing it.

MTG is a g*dd*mn HERO! She won’t be pushed around!!
I was listening to one of those shitty AI voice 40k stories yesterday, and it was about an initiate inquisitor going under cover to infiltrate a chaos cult

Their superiors kept telling them to keep going while they had to perform chaos worship rituals, and of course it went to far and he suffered corruption, so the inquisitors figured they had to kill him

I’m reminded of this by wondering what it must be like to be the chinoid ordered to propagandize kiwi farms, with their cover being some vodkin moon runes

I mean, I’m sure there’s stuff going on behind the scenes, but letting a bunch of dune coons have F-35s and nuclear material for FREE is terrible.
TBH this may be the most America first stance because the other stance was essentially play nice with Israel and we will reward you. The ksa will still pay tons for both programs.

Prince Mohammed said that Saudi Arabia “believes in the future of America” and is going to increase its pledge to invest $600 billion in the United States to almost $1 trillion. That is the size of Saudi Arabia’s entire sovereign wealth fund.

Elected Democrats just released a video encouraging members of the military to commit treason and defy orders from President Trump and Secretary of Defense Hegseth.

> for the first time ever, average age for people buying property is over 40
> More women now own homes than men
> Corporations dipped into the home ownership and renting them out
> Gen Z and millenials living with their parents more than ever

????

> LETS ABOLISH PROPERTY TAX!

Yeah, we talked about it a hundred pages ago or so. Fucking bitch needs to be booted ASAP.
Heads up, Rep Foxx just called out Plaskett by name on her collusion in the House debate on the Epstein shit. I am watching live on the House website.
