Remember: be wary of Acronym Americans.

Marjorie Taylor Greene spent her most recent 15 minutes of fame and is now just another tool the left will manipulate to try to land superficial blows against Donald Trump. She should be ignored.

Be wary of Acronym Americans.
I asked grok why it wouldn’t generate an image of mtg dressed as Cammy getting pile driven by zangief and this is what it told me

Now I’m 100% convinced she’s being paid by institutional forces to pull all of her recent shit. Like who gets this level of protection?

Obviously my idea wasn’t original and people have done this before, but google won’t show me any results

The first casualty of Trump's requests for investigations into Epstein-adjacent people. Source
For those who don't know Larry Summers was the Treasury Secretary under Bill Clinton and the Director of the National Economic Council under Obama (2009-10).

My compromise would be confiscatory taxes on any property that isn't your primary residence. Make it unprofitable to be a retired landlord and many of these problems solve themselves.
So what would the property tax be for juridical persons who don't have a primary residence? If neither individuals nor companies can afford to maintain rental properties due to the "confiscatory" taxes, then I presume you're okay with rental market being destroyed overnight and everyone who can't immediately afford at least the down payment on a primary residence (which will immediately skyrocket due to increased demand) ending up on the street. Not to mention how this is supposed to affect commercial/industrial property, non-contiguous farmland plots, etc.
Oh, and heavy estate taxes. I'm not a big believer in "generational wealth." It's bad enough being lorded over by smart billionaires but even worse things happen when their dumbass kids inherit it.
So family businesses will now become single-generation affairs that just evaporate as soon as the owner dies?

You're coming across as BlackRock's Strongest Soldier here.

Yeah, like what is the thought process, that tangible assets will be liquidated and then.. operated by the government? Is there supposed to be some Council of Meritocracy that’s completely non nepotistic and uncorrupt that will just step in and act as a trustee?

The fact that the Stacey Plaskett story isn't the biggest news in the country right now and the fact that we are not loading her into a trebuchet is a crime against decency and humanity.

Honorary nakama, he replaces Traitor Brown:
the Trump + Abe memes aside, there's a good number of Japanese auto manufacturing plants in the US. It's in both of their interests to keep a positive relationship

anecdotally I can't tell you how many Japanese I met in Japan that lived in Michigan, for what I can only assume is due to working in the auto industry

Are you really saying someone really just poured concrete into a form on top of dirt and now the dirt next to the pad is below the bottom of the pad? As in you could use your fingers to dig out a bit of dirt and get them under the concrete?
Oh yeah, dude, there's an air gap under it right now. My fingers will go right under that sucker, no digging required. Note it's about 20 years old (not that it sounds like the builder did it right in the first place) and it's in a desert area so there's undoubtedly been some erosion, but yeah, at least a foot or so of it is just floating out there on nothing.

Sounds like I need to make some calls :)

Holy shit, I just looked it up. That's insane collusion.
Yeah, we talked about it a hundred pages ago or so. Fucking bitch needs to be booted ASAP.
