Nick probably has a pretty solid fair use defense for the cooking shit. Kurt would have to strike, and Nick would almost almost counterclaim, and then Kurt would have to sue.

IMO, that would be a VERY BAD move for Kurt. Nick wants a Maddox. Kurt is correct in not giving Nick one. He's still doing the right thing here, and should continue to do so.

What's less known is whether Nick is starting to push up against YouTube's vague policies regarding harassment, stalking, cyberbullying, "hate speech," whatever the fuck. Those policies are extremely vague, and seem to be ever changing. That's not just in the context of Kurt, but also Elb, Mamma K, Aaron, Faran, and others. Nick is pushing his luck on several fronts here with his garbage content and behavior.

YouTube is known to look the other way with bigger Youtubers, or give slaps on the wrist, but Nick doesn't have the star power he once had. His channel has been slowly dying for a long time now.

I have mentioned in the past that if TUG were to do another one of his "SCANDAL! Rekieta got kicked off of YouTube!" campaigns, it might not actually work this time.

I can totally see a future where Nick is like Ralph: Not allowed to have a channel on YouTube anymore for reasons other than IP issues. That does happen on occasion.

I looked this thing up, and other than the price, it's pretty practical. It's not a storage closet, it's a very large steam-cleaner that you can use on up to five garments at once.

-pick dirty, smelly, wrinkled clothes up off the floor
-put them on a hanger
-hang them in the steam closet
-turn the machine on
-wait
-bingo bingo, clean, fresh-smelling pressed clothes
-throw the clothes back on the floor
Other than being overly expensive, it's pretty neat tbh. If I had a lot of dry cleaning and a lot of money, I'd probably get it to save on dry cleaning fees. Instead, I save money by not buying clothes that need to be dry cleaned in the first place, that works too.
