Let's not forget that Runkle laughed along with Nick at that "joke" at Maya's expense. And he's had Nick on stream since the arrest - I think Runkle knows full well who Nick is, he either doesn't give a shit as long as it helps his numbers, or he truly likes Nick. I can't really read which of the 2 it is, but I don't believe for a second that he isn't aware about Nick's situation atm.
