His little cobra was actually pretty big all things considered. I saw it when NAL tried sucking it (and failed because she was yapping almost the whole time) and even flaccid it was of decent size.

Granted that’s the only time I ever saw it and I’m sure any of the old heads can attest to it.
 
Rewatched the Toe of Satan challenge today and goddamn. I know the most famous segment is the workout bit, but I LOVE the little victory jump/dance he makes at around 08:58. He was so funny.

I'm still skeptical of the 6'4" claim, despite its official source.

It's hard to find a photo of Cobra standing and even harder to find one with a good reference point in it. I found this one where he's standing between another man (who, if Josh is 6'4", must be at least 6'9", which while not impossible, is pretty rare) and an SUV. The SUV looks like a Chevy/GMC Tahoe, which the internet tells me can range from 75.8" to 76.3" (just shy of 6'4" to just over 6'4"). Let's be generous and say the suspension has been raised 2" because Wyoming cowboys. That puts it at 6'6", and Cobra is at least 6" shorter than the roofline of the vehicle. He can't be over 6' tall.
