You know whenever there's trouble from the Republican side for the Trump administration, my mind always goes immediately to Mitch McConnell.
The only time he ever did the right thing is when he voted to not impeach Trump because "he was no longer in office" but we all know the real reason is because it would have been career suicide.

it needs to be pointed out that it is not just Immigration that caused the spike.

I know you chuds like to blame brown ppl, but that is exactly how you get played by the merchant class.And that's the main culprit btw, the merchant class, BlackRock and Black Stone being the main ones that bulk buy up land and then rent them out to have slaves for decades

It isn't just American companies, foreign investors are a problem too. The Chinese would commission barely functional apartment buildings so Chinese citizens can afford to have a US address for visa reasons. When covid hit we had several skyscrapers left abandoned in LA after the Chicom investors pulled out.

The issue is a 50 year mortgage increases housing prices. All government intervention via buying loans/underwriting/subsidies/low interest rates, etc. will always increase housing prices.

It's another bailout for the boomers to try to keep the ponzi scheme going. So whether or not you pick the 50 year mortgage, you're still paying for it.
 
if there is one thing I will fully admit and like about the current administration is they have gone full meme and even if I disagree with their point I usually can enjoy the memes they post.

Edit: if anyone here is an actual fed can you please convince them todo some kind of remix of the silence brand meme but for politics, it would make my day.
