This quote directly correlates to the competency crisis, when there are less people who know what they are doing the amount of people who can train the next generation on how to do said work is also fallen.
Take for example the rust belt had a huge automobile industry in the past, but after those factories closed for well over 50+ years the people that knew how to work in those plants and train the future are dying or no longer able to work due to age, how can you train new recruits to work in an environment when you remake said industries without the professionals that used to work in said environment, it'd just take too much time to do it all from scratch starting at basically ground zero in terms of learning.
The competency crisis is real and part of the reason why manufacturing plants wont open up.
I don't believe any of this when American automotive manufacturers are too big to fail. I don't believe any of this when the technology to put together automobiles was not invented in Mexico, India, China nor any non-white country. I don't believe any of this when breakthroughs in electric cars happened in the United States. I think you just want cheap labor that you can pay peanuts, will breed like vermin, are culturally (and probably genetically) inclined to respect a caste system, and will never be intelligent enough to prove a threat, as I mentioned in a prior post. What I do believe is you belong in an oven.

FB is full of aurora pics now from even Florida. I've never seen them before in my life where I am and it's very light polluted too. Kinda unreal, go out if you can.

Damn. It sure is convenient we can synthesize diamonds which are supposedly made through millions of years of pressure but somehow can't replicate millions of years of pressure on some fuckin kale.
We can synthesize both coal and oil. It's not hard, it's just not very efficient.

The American automotive industry has produced most of its cars in mexico for the last 50 or so years. Compared to how we used to be there is very little manufacturing plants in America than in years past.
What I believe is you're a stupid retard who fails to look at the history of the rust belt and just spouts bullshit with no evidence whatsoever.
The entire eductaion system regarding trade schools is quite literally based upon professionals who are retired from said profession teaching the next generation, you don't see a random person with no prior experience with electrical engineering teaching an electrical engineering class. If there is not enough professionals who can teach someone to do the job and to do it right then it's okay to have a temporary visa holder for a field he is qualified in to teach the next generation. You know what happens after that dont you? Said American born generation will be the ones to teach the next generation and so on.

All I am hearing is

“H1b good ackdhully”

Looking at the Police vs. Rioters in Berkley today, I noticed something. Did you notice it?

berkley.jpg

All the police officers have the Union flag on their chests. Its starting to happen. The Union is waking up to the danger posed to it by current events. There is no need for local police in California of all places to put that patch on their riot vests. That was a deliberate decision.

I have to point out again that "The Union" from the Civil War never went away. We are, all of us, living in it. We just don't recognize it because its became a simple part of life. What the Democratic Party has done in the past year has in my opinion awoken the rank and file in the government and law enforcement to this fact. Made them "Woke" if you will. Civil Society is soon going to follow.

If you are an American, you have said the pledge of Allegiance too the Union. You know the one. Where you turn to the Union flag, and proclaim that you live in one nation, indivisible. The Berkley PD however don't have to put that flag on their chests. In fact its a bit uncomfortable that they do so, since they are not federal officers. They are local PD working for the State. That they chose to do so in the process of cracking down on ANTIFA is "Interesting".

you do understand that flag is like standard on police officers and has been for like, forever?

The it's so over to we're so back cycle just keeps getting faster and faster.

I think Trump desperately wants to avoid a stock crash and given how precarious the market is, he is probably worrying more cuts to h1b and the like will trigger a massive crash. Not saying it's the right choice, but I am saying I think Trump likes his stock market to not drop below double digit returns.
If the AI bubble pops before 2028, the Republicans won't win a major election for another 8 years at least. Possibly more.

But a bunch of brown people in third-world living conditions, who didn't invent any of this, are the perfect candidates to manufacture vehicles. Right?

Replacing the average workforce in america with immigrants is not the answer, but having a few temporary visas strictly for the purpose of training in industries said visa holders are qualified in is fine, the keyword is temporary and only as a trainer. It'd be like your boss telling you to train your replacement before you get sacked.
We don’t do rational here, we do doomposting and Jew sperging here.

I've been quietly tracking him and he's gradually been losing his mind. By the way, whatever you think of him being a sex pest, it's about 10 times worst.
I know a few things, all alleged of course.

he was fired from the blaze, officially for harassing sydney watson; lawsuit filed her, was settled. Unofficially he was accused of fucking (getting fucked by) several married dudes when he was engaged to his wife. Rumors persist of him fucking young men too, like 15-16 year old dudes.

if you know of anything else, you gotta spill at this point.

All this said, he shouldn't be getting sued by some retarded jeet fucking slut, he isn't getting sued by the federal fuckign government though. he's a really stupid bastard, so beyond saying he shouldn't be getting sued, i don't really care what happens to him.

Vishnu is a retarded god and indians are stupid backwoods people that worship literal cowshit. You faggots refuse to look at crap from a nuanced perspective.
Seems like nuanced prospective is just a Trojan horse for more browns. At a certain point you have to stop giving benefit of the doubt
