I fully agree, the HROs (despite my agreement with them and wish to see them granted) was killing the khantent. I saw it as a trade-off for a greater payout. Which, in my belief, appears to be bearing fruit.

What we really need is speculation regulation. Maybe a high council of kiwis that let everyone else know when it's okay to share their thoughts? Obviously theorizing without source permission and posts that deviate to far from approved topics would be harshly punished. People need to understand the dangers of practicing deductive reasoning. Oh sure it's all fun and games until a poor defenceless ex-locals boomer gets doxed on the internet.

Before you sneed and speculate STOP and ask yourself, is it worth it?
 
Nick Rekieta has a JD from a bottom of the barrel law school, a few years experience part timing as a strip mall lawyer, and that's it. That's the entirety of his legal experience and training. He has basically no business giving his legal opinion on ANYTHING, especially given how frequently his assertions about the law (Franks motion, probable cause) end up being completely wrong.

Nick is doing that thing he likes to do where he chases probable cause in matters with lower standards of proof. "Well it COULD be interpreted as..." ok great Nick you created reasonable doubt, too bad that's not the standard. FWIW I'm not too worried for Elijah Schaffer but Nick needs to stop going online and demonstrating how retarded he is.
