Even in your anecdote things are far more dire than you portray them.

"We just had to work extra hours, live like peasants, and put off having kids. It's totally doable!"

Sure it's doable, but if you're making all those sacrifices and are still at the point of putting off having any kids till the last minute it is in no way reasonable. And what of people slightly worse off than you? They just need to put off kids till their late 30s, or even early 40s? We are at the absolute limit of what people can sacrifice to afford a home, spinning that as "doable" is insane to me.

Your anecdote reminds me of a fun little story from youth. In grade school they brought in some finance guys (can't remember specifically, bankers probably). They told a story about a little poor lady who worked as table cleaner. She toiled and slaved for 40 years. Took every extra shift, never spent a penny on luxuries, lived in the smallest shithole apartment possible, ate beans and rice, the works. But boy oh boy, when she was ready to retire at 60 she could afford a nice house on the beach! Isn't that incredible, what an admirable little tale (no mention of family or kids here either btw).

Yes goy, anything is achievable if you are willing to give up your humanity and become a pure economic unit.
Then don't work as a table cleaner your entire life? That is hardly a good example for why owning a house is impossible.

I know people who had kids and a house before their late 30's. They did it by working, saving money, and buying a house where they could afford it. Are you gonna get a big family home in a major metro area on wages from working at a diner? No, you aren't. You have to get a better job and often be willing to move. That's another thing: people don't want to relocate to cheaper areas.

You would pay 0 interest, and indeed nothing at all, if you don't have any credit cards to start with. Credit cards exist for two reasons: to obtain things available right now while you don't have the cash (but will later) and to build up a credit score. A credit score is basically a Jewish scroll that financial rabbis may read and determine how likely it is you will participate in their usurious schemes. If you aren't deemed willing to play this game, you will be denied things like cars or houses, which are only obtainable through debt.
Credit cards mainly exist to facilitate digital transactions over the internet, and that's the thing that's kept them popular. You can't mail a check to Amazon or use a money order to buy something from them, you need to use a credit card. You could use a debit card, but their security is so notoriously flimsy they would sooner allow fraudsters to fully drain your bank account without notice than offer basic fraud prevention features.
If every platform accepted crypto, people would use that instead out of convenience.

Sucks to suck, I know. Unless you're willing to do things about it I cant discuss here you might as well stop your bitching and meekly accept your lot in life, pleb.
“Yeah don’t try to fight, don’t try to do anything just accept you and your country and culture getting ass raped by nigs and guys forever.”

(Powerleveling) My dad worked at a ski resort for two years. Off of the money he earned there, he was able to buy a house in a nice White area. Do you think I’d be able to do that today? (Obviously not)

ITT: buying a house is easy, just be smart with your money.

I have a 401k, paid for car, full time job, insurance, a couple subscriptions yet can barely scrap together savings beyond $20k based on the cost of living expenses and luxuries that current society would afford for me. Do I have money for a rainy day? Sure, but ten years ago, that money would have further reach.

Rather than smugly posting about business owners who got their PPP loans forgiven when they complained about student loan forgiveness, the Biden admin should have just immediately come to collect on all debts. That would have actually been based.

What Trump should do is say that he's collecting on the PPP loans, with interest, on those that have downsized, outsourced, or hired H1-Bs. Than give them a couple years to hire as many American workers as they got PPP for, with out ever actually intending to collect on it. I'm sure those business were told, at least the big ones in back rooms, that they'd never be asked to pay them back.

Goatfuckers in Afghanistan know more about 'fighting' than you ever will.

The fault isn't the other, but rather your own weak timidity and your refusal to take a stand. It is only right the weak should succumb to those who are not. You and yours will either learn this truth and internalize it, or you will perish beneath the boot of your betters.

You must spend a lot on booze and weed.
You must be a boomer. Did you miss the bit about putting off kids till your 30s? I know it's a foreign concept, but progeny is not a fungible asset.

You missed my point entirely. The point I'm making is, that this notion of nobly sacrificing your entire life just to afford a home eventually is just repackaged slave morality. If you have to choose between having kids and affording something, you can't afford it.

I know people who had kids and a house before their late 30's
Cool good for them. I'm not talking about them, I'm talking about the average (domestic born, White) American.

That's another thing: people don't want to relocate to cheaper areas.
Another sacrifice. Put off kids as long as possible, spend nothing on luxuries, and move away from all family and friends to a foreign state to become an atomized economic unit.

To be perfectly clear, I understand the practicality of what you're saying. I'm a penny pinching scrooge myself. I'm objecting to your attitude. The fact so many American are being priced out of their hometowns by boomers and foreigners should make you see red. You shouldn't dismiss it as just a matter of fact.

You're living up to your username well.

but the it falls out of the tree and spears itself on the stick

"Ahhh, swing and a miss"

I'm not a boomer. This is a case where I feel both sides are correct here. Yes it's fucked that foreigners and boomers are fucking us over but you still can fight the best you can yourself here, and a lot of it is rejecting the vice that clownworld offers. I didn't say luxuries and postponing children here. Clownworld doesn't want you to have children or own anything.
