When I look up 'Judy Lawhon' or the accompanying case number (link to search by name, link to search by case #, URLs are set up so that you will have to type in the information yourself)) all I get is confirmation that prosecutors charged somebody named Judy Lawhon in Lewis County Superior Court on 10-30-1985 and again about four years later:

No charges, no outcome, no mention of civil vs. criminal charges, hell the two cases might be against different people with the same name.

To take things a step further child sex abuse is the kind of thing that gets court documents redacted or sealed, especially if victims' names are included. If there is a more comprehensive case docket somewhere online it's not going to have Shane's name in it.

Exactly, without corroborating, redacted documents, what he posted is completely worthless.

Shane, as the victim, could likely get the redacted documents. If he does that, I am willing to completely acknowledge his trauma. Fuck, I'll actually apologize directly to the miserable, fat fuck.

Because there were multiple cases that day. The Thomas Joseph one was a statutory rape case. That one even has his multiple stints in jail and his death in 2007. Meanwhile all Judy has is this.

Lawyer she had also didn't do such cases. I talked to Useful about this incase I missed something in that. To get more information someone would have to apply to get it. Likely it's a nursing issue or traffic accident that led to injury as that's what they lawyer did. I would have posted this a few days ago but I've been busy and wanted to see if there's any other place that I could get the information from.

I even managed to find his mothers marriage license from back than but nothing from this case
