No summary motion was filed. Patrick did fuck all. Leslie only had to show up in the first 14 days so she could swear to the Judge that her petition was true and honest and then the Judge would have either granted it without notice to Pat and then inform him later so he can contest, or would have ordered her to serve Pat and litigate it all out
