I'm also a little fed up with Trump focusing on foreign nations right now, but I'm unsure what else he's supposed to fucking do while the legislature is busy proving why Republics always fail.
Indeed. For as groan-inducing as it may be to see Trump constantly flying around, bragging about stopping some third-world war that no one would notice if it even occurred, it's not like he can do much else so long as Congress is deadlocked. With the Tuesday elections, I could see the Senate Dems feeling a sudden surge of confidence that will cause them to continue to hold out when they might have otherwise capitulated, but that's wishful thinking at best.

If republican judges dont remember all of this the next time dems are in power im gona lose my mind.

Next dem pres better not be able to take a shit without a judge jumping down his throat.
A Republican judge would probably burst into the stall with an extra roll of toilet paper just in case the Democrat needed help wiping his ass. The asymmetry in how the parties treat their judicial roles is absurd.

It won’t because muh principles

It’s borderline Warsaw pact opposition party tier at this point

I can't believe I have to say this shit again, but doomers are still faggots and everybody needs to calm the fuck down. It wasn't a winning night, and I'm not happy about it (I live in one of those fucking states for Christ's sake), but you mother fuckers mistake every battle for the war.

Dems took easy wins and almost certainly cheated to do it. That is the avenue that must be addressed. The GOP needs to use the nuclear option and start passing voter ID laws nationally. Arrests need to be made. I'm also a little fed up with Trump focusing on foreign nations right now, but I'm unsure what else he's supposed to fucking do while the legislature is busy proving why Republics always fail.

This past year has been a string of great victories for the right. It isn't all going to happen at once. The infighting on the right is, in my opinion, a good thing. You need Thesis and Antithesis to end up at Synthesis, and this ongoing fight will move the party rightward, not the other way around.

Everybody relax, work on the things you can work on, and just enjoy the show.
Doomers are nerds and on the moon nerds get their pants pulled down and spanked by moonrocks.

I’m ok with fat people dying.
I don't believe man was meant to have the power of deciding who lives or dies.
Because I dont want to be a victim to democracy. Democracy breeds disease, war, starvation and death. This is why literally the only countries to ever try it (greece) imploded in a fireball of gay sex and pedophilia and thus why fucking NO ONE after that wanted to bother
How authoritarian of a regime are we talking here?

We just got the kick in the ass the Dems got last year, and rather than buckling down and focusing on lowering prices or improving the job market
I agree focusing on the fake and gay shit is a problem, but this was nowhere near the asskicking the dems got. NY was between a dem and a dem, NJ is NJ, virginia was disappointing but still not surprising.

The democrats lost the popular vote against somebody they had outspent by a billion dollars, legally attacked, culturally attacked from every celebrity, show, movie, musician, vidya, website, banned from social media, and generally have spent the last 10 years trying to destroy. They also explicitly branded that election as "if you vote for this guy you're against all the things we've shoved down your throat for a decade don't you dare!!" and people still did.

2024 was an outright cultural declaration of "fuck off". They've already dropped half of their pet issues like a bad habit, they got the message.

This week was largely business as usual even if that business is a turd in your mouth.

They voted for trump 3 times

They are purple to light red IMO

Is this just gonna be the cope going forward?

“X was just a dem stronghold chud”
Ohio is not what Ohio was in the old days. It's a deep red GOP strong hold, just like Florida is now. Both were the old swing states that a candidate had to win to win the race as a whole.

Trump won both by 10 points or more. Trump came closer to winning New york state than kamala came to wining Ohio or Florida.

FAT people need to DIE, the only acceptable way you can be fat is if you are funny and only to a certain ammount, if you are NOT funny, you either get whipped into shape or forcefed ozempic, being FAT should be ILLEGAL and punished by DEATH ON TREADMILL.

🍗GOOD NEWS, FOOD STAMP HAVERS!🍗
Yesterday, the USDA massaged the numbers for you! In a court filing for Half the States v. America (District of Massachusetts), they remarked upon a revision of their allocations that they also filed in the parallel case against them in Rhode Island. (I have not been following that case and I just can't deal with it right now.)
Guess what? Instead of reducing your bennies by a full 50%, they will now be reduced only by 35%! That means (math incoming) that you will now actually receive 65% of your monthly gibs for November!
Of course, this will still not be enough and the knee will have to keep being bent, little by little by little.

As I predicted, 65% gibs was not enough for the Half the States that are suing America (in the Massachusetts case). The plaintiff states are big mad and really super-duper-extra want that temporary restraining order now.

They are ADAMANT that the USDA siphon those monies from the child nutrition programs to make sure SNAP recipients get their full allotment of bennies, kids' school lunch programs be damned.

Full gibs are REQUIRED, dammit!

Also, if we screw anything up because your charts and percentages are SO CONFUSING, you're not allowed to hold plaintiff states accountable for fucking any of this up.

Obviously this case is a little behind the Rhode Island one, where that judge has apparently already ordered the Trump admin to hand out full food stamp amounts Or Else. It's just wild how literally half the country is pitching this fit about how it's too damn hard and complicated and unfair to distribute less money than usual to people's Welfare Credit Cards this month. Hurrr.
