It's not "we can't convict this guy, no one was hurt!" it's "we can get away with acquitting this guy for assaulting an officer because no one was hurt!" Nationally we will continue to see Republicans solidify control of the House. There are serious issues with RINOs in the Senate and state legislatures, however. Also, even with a blue wave, there is no chance the Senate can be taken by Dems in 2026. The map is not in their favor.

This is very awesome, but before we all start sucking each other's dicks I must be THAT GUY again and point out that this is merely an ORDER granting a stay of the injunction while the case continues to be litigated. It's not fully decided, yet.
