Access to the faith is always a net good, even if LARPers, tradbros and trendhoppers don't understand it. Every soul that both learns truth and is smart enough to look below the surface is of infinite value. Yes, you're going to see a lot of tards pretending to be faithful as the pendulum swings, but I'd rather have more people in the know for the sake of those who will eventually understand.

But they are not learning the truth, and there doesn't seem to be an active PUSH from true believers to get people to follow Christ's teachings, as most seem to focus on the numbers and treat them as personal validation and a way to make money. Not only that, these LARP-Christian will push people away from faith.

The main reason people start to break away from Christianity and other faiths is because of the hypocrisy and actions of the fake believers.

Further reason why legal immigration needs a moratorium, sure they come in, wave their little flag they get at the immigration office and recite their oath but they're still Nigerian, they're still Indian, they're still Ugandan, they don't leave the 3rd world behind. They bring it with them.

Republicans have done this for a long time, look at how they smeared and effectively exiled Pat Buchanan for being based or how they killed the Tea Party movement. They're plotting the same downfall for MAGA once Trump's out of the way. No telling what kind of shenanigans they have planned to attack Vance with.
 
It really really fucking annoys me when politicians put out statements saying that grocery prices have only increased 2.6% since 2020 and shit like that.

It's such a pointless, bold faced, and easily disproven lie that I have to assume the only reason they do it is to gloat.

They know it's a lie, they know you know it's a lie, they know you're hurting and they think it's funny.
 
I remember that @quaawaa said that Mamdani really wasn't all that different from Adams beyond city-run grocery stores.

There aren't really any grocery stores in New York City beyond higher-end ones like Whole Foods and Wegmans. Ironically this will probably do more harm than the bodegas than anyone else.
