McIver's not a bad place in and of itself, the campground has permanent bathroom facilities and such, but it's a couple miles of non-sidewalk roads that aren't completely flat to get into Estacada to do stuff like find food, which is going to be hard for someone in a wheelchair, and the permits aren't free so she can't stay there long. And it's completely disconnected from whatever services she would have been using, being deep into another county. So it's not a good place to send her if you're claiming you're trying to help her. At the same time, there are plenty of people there so it's not a great place if you're trying to cover your tracks after making her disappear.
