I'm returning after reading through the thread (again) and after his post lawsuit behavior, I just want to say that I was wrong, Billy is a true patriot and may the sun never set on his sauce empire. I love how this has developed lmao

I don't think its a stroke. The right half of his mouth sits lower than his right half and his left eye/eyebrow are a little droopy but his brow is also reacting differently and has a twitch when it does move. A stroke usually presents with paralysis of only one side of the face. I haven't really paid attention to any of his older interviews so I can't confirm how long this has been going on but this seems like it's more along the lines of age related nerve degeneration. He is like 60 now after all.
