It's not really a joke though. Niggers are exceptional. The average IQ in most african countries is low enough that the average inhabitant could be classified as mildly retarded. Equatorial Guinea takes the cake at a whooping 59 average. I'm sure the white man is to blame for this somehow, slanted tests and all.

To be fair I'm sure that most african americans are a bit better off, only 50% have a below basic reading comprehension and a mere 40% is illiterate. If african american vernacular english would be allowed to be used in papers in school, I'm sure more niggers would be willing to learn language properly. I hear it's already discussed due to the inherent racism in the english language.

Besides, socioeconomic factors are probably to blame. Apart from that, a nigger is four times more likely than the average american to be murdered. The constant fear the nigger has to live in probably has a dire effect on their mental faculties. Add to that, 67% of young niggers that are raised without a father figure by a strong independent black woman, probably because the highly efficient male breeder is out looking for new mates already.

All in all, niggers are not quite as savage as people would make them out to be. They just have a much harder start in life, brought about by a racist system designed to keep the black man down. Next time you meet a nigger be sure to help it so that it can reach it's full potential.

It's almost like Africa is one of the most impoverished regions of the world and has suffered from decades of civil war and corrupt administration or something.

I have mixed feelings. Lolcows turning up in threads can be funny or not, depending on how it goes. Sometimes it's better for mods to step in and ban the tard.
