The VP's presence and power depends entirely on the President. On one end of the spectrum you got Dick Cheney and on the other you have people like Thomas Marshall who once said: Once there were two brothers. One ran away to sea, the other was elected Vice President, and nothing was ever heard of either of them again.

WE ASKED: "Are there videos of Joe Biden appearing confused or frozen that are real?"

I disagree. Simply putting on a wig and taking a picture as a wink and a nod is the best option. He put in hardly any effort to do that and it's everywhere. It's a short, humble joke that everyone gets right off the bat.

Going through the trouble to put on a fat mask is something a Democrat would attempt were they in the same position. You can imagine Tim Waltz or Gavin Newsom doing it right now. Has some goofy meme about him, attempts to embrace it, spends several million dollars on a costume, marketing and a video with people dancing in the background with fireworks. The end result? People would just flip him off and call it a day.

Fucking with people on the Internet is about effort vs result, the less effort you put in the better the result looks.
