It's not going to happen. Months ago the Supreme Court ruled that nationwide injunctions like this one are not legally valid and are unenforceable.

This is just some random judge trying to impress redditors.

Universities pay way under market for their tech roles. They can pretty much only hire people who can't get a job elsewhere or students. They also cannot implement any security practices because they can't make life any harder for tenured professors. I know someone who worked as a dev for the uni. They had plaintext passwords in the db because a lot of the professors where using the forget password feature as a password manager. They had malware on their system that they gave up trying remove because they didn't have the expertise and couldn't take the system down to fix it. This system also stored sensitive student data.
 
I'm assuming no Senate news since all I saw going through the thread was disgusting bastards who like candy corn.
 
I liked JD before, now I know he's going to be president after Trump. He should keep leaning into it and have a get up of every one of his edited personas. I request this one next.

I'm surprised they aren't doing some last minute deal stuff now. Guess it's going to happen for real. Still 5 hours or so for them to try, but both really sides really have their heels dug in deep. I'm not sure why this time is different than it has been in a long time.
