If CA is (somehow) allowed stop all traffic in order to pull their Agricultural Inspection checkpoint faggotry, red states should be checking CDL credentials the same way.
There used to be checkpoints at Arizona that would see if you had any oranges or other fruits that were known to have some parasite in them. They stopped everyone at the border and just asked, I never saw anyone searched for it. I'm actually not sure if it applied to commercial for sure, but it did all standard drivers.
Also what about states that check boats or lumber for invasive species, surely there is some precedent here
