Re: the concrete question, you can get coarse sand delivered for $20/ton in Akron
There's a place that will deliver up to 8 tons at once, but they'll only deliver to roads and driveways, so I guess you could completely block the driveway for $160. Better than a few bags of concrete on the porch and the 43s would have no idea how to remove it.

you could probably overwhelm them with enough sand and concrete, they couldn't throw it all away at once.
