Imho your average person doesn't fully comprehend the idea of 'side effects' or consequences for his/her actions. Its the same with the trannies taking synthetic hormones and declaring them ''perfectly safe'', any mention of your vag falling out or heart attacks, bone density loss, skin issues, digestive issues, whatever, are -phobic and verboten. People expect drugs to be magic fix-alls for their issues. In 10-15 years we are probably going to discover Ozempic turns your pancreas to soup or something horrific.

Anyway, on the subject of Kelly's kids, she and Jerry conceived them through IVF, because Kelly couldn't conceive naturally. They did it not just once, but twice. So those girls were definitely wanted—until Kelly decided they were too much work and required too much normalcy and self-sacrifice to raise properly, and began actively resenting and neglecting them. She's claimed they are both autistic, but I don't believe her—I think she's just ruined them by her selfishness and blatant disregard for their needs.
All Cluster Bs are just different flavors of Narcissist, but I think Kelly, like Chantal, is straight-up Antisocial—a genuine psychopath. It takes a lot for me to decide a parent, especially a mother, is such a monster it would be best for her children if she died while they were still very young, but Kelly's that monster; I've thought so for years.
Getting her out of the house will help, but developmentally it's too late to undo or mitigate a lot of the damage she's done to them (while Jerry passively allowed it to happen). I have absolutely zero faith that Jerry is capable of getting them the help they need, and being the parent they need him to be. I doubt his sister's going to step up, either; she never seems to have done anything to help steer them in a better direction (though Kelly may have prevented her from doing anything, given the Narc need for control).
Those poor kids are fucked.
