An unfortunately common problem in the weekly manga industry. Kazuki Takahashi spent most of his time drawing the final arc of Yu-Gi-Oh! suffering from sleep deprivation, stomach ulcers, hypovolemia (he had 2/3 the normal amount of blood in his body), and high on pain killers. According to him, even he was surprised when he opened up a printed volume of his own manga and found he drew Zorc with a massive dragon dong. It's amazing that the final arc is just as kino as the rest of the manga with him working under those conditions. It sucks he left manga so early from overwork, and then was taken this world too early. One Piece has taken a massive toll on Oda's health thats for sure.
You can tell the main animator just wanted to show off his perfect knowledge of human anatomy.Shin's animation was such a gift.
FWIW Miura's best friend who is running the continuation has stated that they extensively discussed the final arc with Miura when he was alive and have a high degree of confidence that their rendition will be true to what he was planning. They would absolutely puppet One Piece if Oda died, the difference is Oda has given specific plot points he wants to end on; as opposed to Berserk where we're getting "I think I know where he was going with this..."
The strobe effect must have been so difficult to animate pre-digital.You can tell the main animator just wanted to show off his perfect knowledge of human anatomy.
That's just it, we just have his word, which is very difficult to prove. One of the worst things about being dead is that you no longer get a say, in anything. Besides, people are not stagnant beings, had Miura lived his plans would likely continue to change as nothing is set in stone. Frankly we will never see Miura's true vision because only one man was capable of executing that vision, Miura himself. He's been dead for years now, which means we are years worth of growth removed from how the story would have developed.FWIW Miura's best friend who is running the continuation has stated that they extensively discussed the final arc with Miura when he was alive
The Ranma remake sure loves to not show off any areolas or nipples to appeal to that global audience. So weird how some trannies latched onto that series, but I digress.I'm sick and tired of no nipples on naked women. Either censor it or draw nipples, no barbie anatomy bullshit.
It's not that weird, they see "Oh man boy turns into girl? just like me fr fr"So weird how some trannies latched onto that series, but I digress.
Ditto. Just binge watched the newer Bastard!! series and the first season at least made an attempt to censor nipples. Second season however went with the Barbie nudity approach and it's glaringly weird.I'm sick and tired of no nipples on naked women. Either censor it or draw nipples, no barbie anatomy bullshit.
nocensor it
yesdraw nipples
Japan, like most places around the world, and specifically in the West, was much less strict about broadcasting certain things on TV and what was considered appropriate to show. It also helps that they're a lot less prudish about non-sexual nudity. The 90s were full of them. What the fuck happened?
Violence in general was toned down in family-friendly time slots ever since Evangelion made waves. Now is the Super manga itself bloody and violent, or no?Dragon Ball Super is much more toned down in terms of violence and blood compared to OG Dragon Ball Z, specifically because of the time slot it was in, and the censorship around that time slot is different.
goku is made of paper
To be fair to this fight, he's fighting a villain that drains Ki whenever it's used in general. He doesn't need to touch you to do it either. From the wiki about it.goku is made of paper

Moro is able to gather all life on a planet into an energy ball, which he then consumes - making him stronger than before. Moro is able to select a target and steadily drain their energy without them even being aware, he can choose to target an entire planet and steadily drain it's energy - though the only living beings affected if he does this will be those in contact with the ground, he is also able to keep this ability up whilst engaged in combat. Moro is also capable of swallowing blasts of ki. When draining energy from a living target, the energy will drain far faster if the target is not concentrating on Moro, this was displayed while Goku and Vegeta were engaged in combat with other foes, causing them to drop to weaker forms at a rapid pace. Energy is food for Moro, and so he will stop consuming it if he is full.
