my family is very large, even when they've got a low bf%, i'd not trust it. i want to measure it.
There are testers for body fat they are about 1% of body fat margin of error. Or you could tape measure your neck and waist but that's like 3% which is a big deviation. You could also go to a clinic and get it professionally tested.

which are

They are called Body Fat Calipers. They are either kits with a chart and fully analogue or a tester like the second image. You do need to make sure you use them correctly and if you're tracking trends you measure the same spot each time.

I don't think it's very accurate, to be honest. It can give you an idea, but you can have "an idea" just by looking up on the internet "body fat comparison" or something and you will see how people usually look when they are from 8% up to 30% bf.
I've had a gym instructor use that to measure my bf% and it came out at like 12%, but i was still fat and at 12% you're supposed to be showing abs, meanwhile i was nowhere close to that.

BUT, if you don't care about accuracy, i can see using the Body Fat Calipers and measuring yourself with it and being wrong by the same percentage everytime, which is useful to track if you've lost fat tissue in some areas regardless of the actual bf%, if that makes any sense.

You're supposed to show them at round 14%. That feels like user error. Or you have strange fat deposits.

All this workout advice is over thinking it.

@Null just go to the park and start digging a hole. Make it as wide and as deep as the shovel. Do it every other day. You can just break into the parks and rec custodial storage nearby for extra shovels if you need them, they're free. You'll be ripped in a month.

You should cut cereal out of your diet regardless of your weight. Most types aren't any healthier than cookies and other cheap sweets. If we're talking about Cheerios, those contain 25g sugar per 100g and are made of all kinds of unhealthy garbage. Add milk to that (4,7g/100g) and you're basically eating dessert for breakfast. I don't think milk is all that great for you, either.

You know you need fat. And carbs are carbs. There is no such thing as an evil carb. Sugars are in fact great if you exercise a lot, I take straight glucose before my runs. The less processed carbs are just more empty weight be they fiber or something else.

Body fat % is a meme measurement in and of itself and getting stuck in made up numbers invented by people trying to sell you something is a doomed endeavour.
What matters is the jiggle, do it jelly, belly?

it is a meme.
you dont need to know your bodyfat %, you can look in a mirror and know if you're fat or not.

On the topic of Twitch, here's a relevant Xitter write-up by an ad exec which does a good job at summarising Twitch's actual purpose to Amazon and why they don't give a shit about it.

TL;DR they just wanted its infrastructure for AWS, Twitch has lost nearly all of its market share to YouTube, TikTok and Kick, advertisers don't take it seriously anymore due to retards like Hasan, there's no fixing it and Amazon will probably keep it alive but not kill it unless there's a recession at which point it'll be smacked with a shovel and buried.
