Verifying your account is essential to enable deposits, wagering, or withdrawals. If additional steps are required, you'll be notified via
email or
in-app alert.
What You’ll Need
To verify your identity, please have the following information ready:
- Full legal name
- Physical Home Address (No PO boxes or commercial addresses)
- Date of birth
- Social Security number (SSN)
How to Verify Your Identity
Automated Verification:
Enter the required information when creating your account. In most cases, you'll be verified automatically.
Non-Automated Verification:
If your identity cannot be verified automatically, our DraftKings Customer Support Team will notify you and request that you upload one of the following to our secure Document Upload Center:
If you choose to upload your passport, you will also be required to upload Proof of Residence which must include:
- Your name and current address
- A unique reference number (e.g., invoice, customer, or account number)
- A date within the past 90 days
- Upload the full document including all pages - partial documents will not be accepted
