I've not eaten meat for over 30 years but I'll find and do a better steak than that.

Of course he could have deglazed the pan with a splash of wine, scraping up the crunchy bits and letting it reduce for a few minutes whilst the steak is resting. Mushroom, rosemary, no cream I'd have gone for a nice hearty red but then I remembered he cannot drink.

Did you see the amount of butter? No fucking around. People have this idea that chefs have this magical ability to make things taste nice. It's mostly butter, salt and pepper.
