My man JD Delay weighs in on the Yaniv story in a quick humorous short.
He wasn't physically in calgary.
Fitting the pattern of behaviour that simpson engaged in to get donald banned from photographing events, and work at a business here on saltspring, and trying to get donald banned from various grocery stores, simpson had preemptively contacted an event that they thought donald would photograph. Donald was not registered for that event, and that event thought it was weird that simpson was slandering/defaming donald as a "pedophile" amongst other things. They contacted the police. Cst. Diamond was already working on the email spoofing that simpson had done during donald's crt iipa case, so this added fuel to that case resulting in a charge of criminal harassment.
The range of dates from february to may is only a snapshot of the criminal harassment, but it will apply to their behaviour in other jurisdictions where they may have required further evidence of the criminally harassing behaviour.

My update is that despite having been charged for the crime of criminal harassment towards donald, the state decided to notify them regardless.
Donald had his bail hearing at 9:30 but it was set aside until 2 pm. Allegedly simpson arrived and it was a "gong show", as usual.
He is to get a full day bail hearing as early as this friday. That's about as much as can be put out there for now.

Ryan Elson is a local anti-trans guy who sued Facebook because "As a biological male who prefers biological males, I am entitled to express my opinion and discuss about how trans ideology is destructive to my freedom to have a sexual orientation." (Elson v. Facebook, Inc., 2021 BCHRT 155). I'm not sure why Yaniv would have sued Elson in Victoria. Victoria requires a boat trip from downtown Vancouver.

I 100% agree with you that Yaniv is filing frivolous lawsuits again. The only reason the courts are entertaining it, I assume, is because they also saw that clip we all did of Yaniv getting bodied by a senior citizen, who even if the fight DID take place during the Peloppensian war when the old guy was in his 30's, he was still short and small enough to legally qualify to join the lollipop guild.
I definitely believe a healthy Pomeranian with a grudge against Yaniv and a set of stairs it could periodically retreat up could take Yaniv in a fight.
