I agree with one of the other farmers on here who mentioned her nursing licence. Unless Emily has been mistreating patients, she won't lose it. If she works in a reputable care home or psychiatric ward as a nurse, they would not want to have her as a nurse with her online reputation, especially if RedditFags have been contacting her workplace. Rather than deal with it, they'll just fire her. Wisconsin is an at-will state, which means employment is not protected unless it's discrimination for race, sexuality, gender, or age. They don't have to provide a reason for her being fired. They can just do it if it is too much hassle.

It is certainly a possibility that Emily and Amber are back together. Amber is so needy and desperate that she will accept pretty well anything that Emily ask. The question is whether Amber moves in with Emily or stay put in OKC. I can't see Emily agreeing with Amber moving back. Last time, it was a disaster. Emily prefers having Amber is OKC.
