How ominous the phrase, “join my Discord” can be. There’s been problems with discord servers & adults being inappropriate with & around children in them. It’s been a repeating thing in the last decade + with multiple different but similar situations & is surprising how those who do this shit replicate so quickly. Platforms like Discord then develop predator trends once the predators determine a fertile hunting ground, it becomes a trend, a noticeable thing. Viz is, to me, the posterchild of wasted potential. It is so clear that the show, particularly Helluva, has no clear sense of direction and her and her team write things on a whim.

I remember bringing it up in the Helluva Hazbin thread, but Viz is also the stereotypical artist who thinks drawing pretty pictures is the only "valid" form of art. That because she can draw and animate, writing is super duper easy and doesn't need to be taken with any level of gravitas or respect. It's like someone who thinks cooking and baking are one and the same, and that just because you know one means you can just fall into the other, and doesn't respect them as separate disciplines.

She is a creator who doesn't know what she wants, and then spergs out when people call out her shitty behavior.

She wanted to have Happy Tree Friends Edgy Toilet Humor Fun Time and Actual Deep And Nuanced Plot at the same time, and people are rightfully calling out that by half-assing both, neither are any good.
