I don’t have strong feelings on the new ballroom, but I do find it funny that the people shrieking about how dare he demolish part of such a historic building are the same ones cheering on that graffiti they allowed to be put on those old cathedrals in the UK recently, all the Confederate statues that were torn down, etc. Their only interest in history is how they can rewrite it, everything else is just pure Orange Man Bad whining.

All indications are that it's impossible to teach them that they get money for good work, they have to be led by the nose the entire time otherwise they don't work and don't get paid. Ending EBT will cause mass starvation and rioting like what breadbassket mentioned:

With the majority of niggers we have the following options:
1. continue to give them massive amounts of welfare to sit around and do nothing
2. force them to work (aka slavery)
3. kill them all (considered a no-no at this time)
3. ship them back to their home countries (where they will be immediately killed or turned into slaves, unless they flee to other countries and collect welfare)

it may be possible to make some of them into productive members of society, but only a small number and only if you put a lot of work into it. It would be less work to make the fat white neet people work by sending them to a fat camp for a few months then getting them into a hard work trade. There's plenty of stories about charities trying to improve the lives of Africans in their own countries by helping them set up farms and work, and then those plans fall apart as soon as the charities stop trying to get the Africans to work.

The example of Penn Station is one of countless examples I can give you of absurdly perfect greco roman buildings in America being demolished to make room for rectangular (or in this case round) economical steel and glass cookie cutter designs.

Do you read the article you included? It says nothing about international outrage, the city wasn't doing it, it was the railroad company that owned the stations (because they are likely money sinks at the time and the company was not in the best shape) and it just lead to the LPC, not the HPS. All the LPC did was steal the land from under the railroad company and forced them to keep the station open.
