The threats are largely empty. These people may attack stores in their area until the police/National Guard/shopkeepers stop them. They are highly unlikely to attack stores in the better areas of town, especially in states where people carry freely. Look at the LA riots. The rooftop Koreans were rather effective at stopping rioters, for example.
Also the elites only don't care if niggers attack regular people.
