I get that someone may have threatened to report Emily to the nursing board, and I also get that probably probably already have, because that's just how this community rolls. Has Emily actually done anything to jeopardize her license, though? It's not like she's stealing meds or sharing patient info. Even nurses who do really distasteful stuff-- like those TikTok nurses who made fun of their gyn patients-- just get fired. Getting fired is bad, don't get me wrong, but they didn't lose their licenses. To our knowledge, Emily hasn't done anything to jeopardize her job, either. She's allowed to be a creepy and extremely questionable trash fire of a human being as long as it doesn't interfere with her job.

Custody issues could be something else entirely, though. Judges and social agencies don't like it when unrelated adults are camping out houses, and a motivated ex husband could make a stink out of all of this pretty easily.

I just wonder what's got her running scared or if this is just a new and exciting feature of her personality disorder(s).

As interesting as the custody line is, given Emily's mode of behavior so far, I don't think this is over custody.

It's damn hard to lose custody of a child as a mother in the current system, my speculation is that she may have given baby daddy full custody with a few visits a year.

All the feeder stuff aside, having clearly unstable or unhealthy women in your care, especially ones that require around the clock care, like Colleen or DIB, may have made it damn near impossible for Emily to even entertain a custody battle. (Would a social worker have seen that as a healthy situation for a kid??)

I think it's far more likely Emily is totally content with selfishly living out her repulsive fantasy, and even with a relationship with her kid on the line, she can't/ won't stop.

Therefore this isn't over custody. It's ...

So, apparently someone reached out to Jordy some time ago saying that Rarity was in fact outside Emily's house, trapped by a neighbor and released in the woods where it was probably mauled by a fox.
