Trump's administration is going to the mattresses on every challenge to set precedent nullifying the possibility of further unconstitutional attempts to stop the executive branch from exercising the power that the electorate bestowed on it.

Almost all of the departments' declarations have some language in them promising to comply with the TRO "absent an order from a higher court providing relief." So they're making it clear that it's a possibility, but it doesn't appear they're taking that step quite yet. Maybe they're waiting for the preliminary junction proceedings this week.

The heart of actual Fascism was that it was a reflection of the character and lifestyle of the national people, that's what people are getting at when they try and characterize it as third position or "neither left nor right". To the extent that it is a real ideology Fascism is essentially vibes-based and it can be kind of right or kind of left depending on who/where the Fascists are.

This is what's (one of the many things, really) fucking retarded about being an "American-Nazi", Nazism is an ideology that is inexorably linked to a time, place, and culture that isn't here, now, or us.

100% It's going to vary country to country, society to society, and head of state to head of state. Hitler isn't Mussolini, he's not Franco, and he's not Tojo or Pinochet or Amin. However, there are overlapping themes off the top of my head:
  1. Anti-Communism / Anarchism
  2. Anti-Liberalism
  3. Anti-Conservatism (in the sense of them being "too soft")
  4. Militarization of police / iconography used to represent the movement
  5. Nationalistic policies of government (though not necessarily ethnonat to some extent)
  6. Heavy promotion of traditional structures and societies of their country
  7. Not necessarily Socialist / Capitalist; somewhere in between that (think a right wing socialist model like Hitler or something like Syndicalism; Pinochet was the exception of being overtly Capitalist)
  8. Similar to a Monarchist sort of government, though not a monarchy (think in the vein of right wing replacement for toppled European monarchies after WW1).

Re: Rockwell - he once refused to describe himself as "Fuhrer" because he was American and not German. He openly described himself as a Nazi because the word "shocked people awake". Rockwell's father stated he wasn't surprised when his son was killed, though there's some irony in him being shot dead by a former subordinate and not say a Weather Underground or Nation of Islam guy.

He was very much into Confederate iconography for the sake of pro-white identity politics while he was actually in agreement with sending every black person in America back to Africa (calling it "The Lincoln Plan"), and some Nation of Islam people were in favor as well. Any actual Fascist will describe themselves as politically right wing.

The last time a critical mass of whites got tired of niggers & niggershit, we got welfare reform, a police surge, and Three Strikes laws, and this was with a Democrat in the White House. When's the last time you bought a car? Because $50K today is what $25K was in 2015. Base trim on most vehicles is around $30-$35K now. Lots of new cars around here list for $45K-$50K that you would think of as being at most $30K-$35K models, but a few years of printing trillions of dollars have really fucked up the dollar.
 
Even in todays dollars 50k is insane. You can get a Honda Civic or Hyundai Elantra for under 30k with all the features you need including luxurious tech features if you are single and frankly they have enough room to haul your one kid too. And you can do cheaper trims or cars than this still too. The rest is luxury. If you need more space you can get a minivan or a limitless variety of SUVs in the 40k range.

Yes, the very smallest cars are under $30K. Pilots start at over $40K, easily over $50K. If you think a Honda Pilot is a luxury SUV, you have no idea what actual luxury vehicles even look like inside.
 
I buy 3k cars from rednecks on Boomerbook because everything is made like such shit now that there is absolutely no guarantee that your 50k car from a dealer is going to last any longer than a beater.
