This is all speculation but we don't know about any agreements that may exist between Destiny and Melina. There could be an NDA agreed to in either the divorce or in some subsequent agreement after the videos came out. A subpoena may be the only avenue for her to give a statement and not break a previous agreement.
I've repeated said this in the thread, but it's really the ethical cp argument that Destiny has which makes me believe he has a pedo disposition. This is not a normal belief normal people have.
