More updates on the RIFs case (reductions in force). The Defendants (the Trump admin) had their deadline to submit any additional planned RIFs moved up to 11am Pacific time this morning via last night's order from the judge following the freakout from the unions (Plaintiffs). This morning, the admin did so (with numerous separate exhibits, one for each agency).

Also this morning, the Plaintiffs (unions) have filed leave to amend their complaint and add a whole bunch more unions to the case in order to protect any federal employees who belong to them.

Per last night's order, there will also be a moved-up Zoom hearing today at 3:00pm Pacific time, presumably so that the judge can bitch out the government lawyer some more. I don't yet know if this hearing will be public, but I'm keeping an eye out and will share the link if it appears. In anticipation of this, I again remind our fair users to NOT FUCK AROUND, MUTE YOUR MIC, AND DO NOT RECORD THE HEARING BECAUSE IT IS ILLEGAL TO DO SO.

I think Trump should just keep blowing their boats up when they try to bring their drugs over. We can do that all day, what the fuck is Venezuela gonna do in retaliation? They can't do shit and we don't want their shitty drugs. I do not want the US invading Venezuela, any boots on the ground, or bombs dropped on them with taxpayer funds. I'd rather see Antifa get bombed. Trump is a rich guy, if he's so desperate to get into conflict with Venezuela he should do it with his paycheck.

Russians missed the chance to do something very funny, why is a county sheriff traveling to foreign war zones to learn about military combat unless he were planning on incorporating those tactics? And who would they even be for?

I think it was just taking the time to build the cases properly. A rushed prosecution has a hard time getting a verdict, and a harder time making it stick if they get it.

Measure twice, cut once.

There are also rumored to be over a dozen warrants waiting to be served in the Bolton case, and a conspiracy that big means a long investigation to get to the arrest and arraignment point.
