Unironically, she's dangled shit in front of reaction channels to get them to remove incriminating shit on her. With Tammie looking into her work and fetish history, Emily will want all traces of that removed from the internet.

It's sad, as much as I dislike Snowfag, the docu-video he did covering feederism was genuinely informative and incriminated Emily a lot as she did show and display those behaviours throughout her relationship with Coleen and Amber. The fact that he removed that video, along with every video of Emily in a negative light to ass-pat her and get some screenshots that were outdone and sent to other reaction channels anyway, is stupid.

They're all being played, and I know she's in here watching and waiting for a reaction so she can make her next move. Emily, I hope you lose your fucking nursing license for the abhorrent fap bank you have on your phone. You should not be in charge of people's well-being; you should not be around vulnerable people who cannot make competent decisions. She shouldn't probably even be considered a competent mother. When a fetish overlaps all the other areas of life, when a person puts themselves in a potentially very dangerous situation all to get fupacrushed, parental rights, even if in Emily's case are already reduced to the bone, should be removed. Pretty sure Amber or Emily mentioned she was getting warnings about missing days at work but there was no direct mention of her getting fired. Even if she was fired she could get another job but losing her license is probably what she's more concerned about at this point.
 
I don't think Amber could afford a lawyer for a civil suit. They won't take contingency on something like this. She'd need to pay a big retainer up front, then have a fee schedule to pay as the case went along. She definitely couldn't afford a full trial and would have to hope mediation settled it.

As for reputational damage, LMAO. Amber is actually making money off this drama.

Her best hope to use the law to shut Emily up would be seeking a restraining order. She'd probably have to invent more actions or stalking than exists (that we know of).

Emily seems to be mainly going through reaction channels, which she could claim was media and a 1st amendment issue. It would be easy to contest a protective order in front of the judge by saying Amber is a public figure under the law, she's not harassing Amber as legally defined, she's using free speech to tell her story.

Amber also can't claim "clean hands". She's blabbing about Emily on youtube and purposely keeping the drama going. The judge would be unlikely to get in the middle of that when there's zero evidence Amber has legitimate fear for her safety from Emily.

The daughter's father could use this (and those texts) to get a judge to order Emily not to have Amber around her child. That happens all the time when the new girlfriend/boyfriend is sketchy or even alleged to be emotionally harmful to the child. From what we know, Emily only has visitation with the kid.

I've seen judges say a live-in boyfriend has to find somewhere else to spend the night when the non-custodial parent has overnight visits with the child. There's no inherent right in contested custody/visitation to have your latest dating partner around the child. Amber and Emily aren't married.

Snowflake has also just uploaded a video saying he's surprised at the fact that Emily and Amber are back in contact, and he has confirmation of it. Who would have guessed? Apparently, he deleted his messages with Fed Gain because every single one of their correspondences she was sending back to Amber while claiming they weren't talking to each other anymore, now she has done the same thing with Rachel.

As much as I don't like Beggy, at least when she left Hamber, she really left Amber. Left it a couple of years and then spoke out about Amber. Snowfag has suddenly come to the realisation that he thinks Emily is using reaction channels to win arguments behind the scenes with Amber. He says he doesn't understand because they both said they were so miserable with each other and have accused each other of physical abuse.

I need to address something that has become a topic of conversation online. As you might have seen, there has been a lot of discourse between myself and Emily in which feelings were hurt and emotions controlled. I want to clarify an important point that I think may have been lost among the chaos.

latefagging: This isn't AI. This is someone trying and failing to use vocabulary beyond their ability. Emotions were not 'controlled' and the word-guessing LLM would have done a better job. Grammatically, 'myself' should come after 'Emily'. Anyone who was so impressed with the word 'discourse' they thought it had to be authored by a supercomputer should get back to work writing "Sorry for the inconvenience but we is out of ham" in sharpie.

I agree. It sounds like Amber's usual attempts at coming across as intelligent, well-read, and eloquent. It has her signature grammatical errors, awkward flow, and overly flowery language. At the very most, i could see WriterLynn using FatGPT to write it, before going in to somehow make it worse.

If I had to guess, Emily sent her a cease and desist and this embodiment of a clogged toilet is too stupid to understand that a cease and desist doesn't actually mean that legal action is being taken against her, so she's attempting damage control.

Rachel’s video was premiering but it suddenly went private. This was found on her community post.

The new video is said to contain 60 new screenshots.

Emily is giving a new story, saying that Amber pushed her to prevent her from leaving then lost her balance and fell on her. She’s driving as she’s speaking in the voice note.

She then states that she got up, Amber apologized, then as she tried to leave while sobbing that was when Amber grabbed her by the arm saying “No you’re not!” When Emily said she needs to leave.
