His Chinese given name is Li Zhen (禮真). You can see it in his display name. It must be in the system as an alternate name or something for ID purposes. I assume they have "Zhen" in the surname field even though it's part of his first name.

It might just be whitey not knowing how Chinese names work and assuming that the last character is the family name, but that doesn't seem to be the case if Fong-Jones is written right next to it.

Airline boarding passes are generally printed surname/given name. His legal name these days is Zhen Fong-Jones, even though he goes by elizabeth. Li or Li Zhen is typically a male name.
