need congress to declare war, the president cant just do it by himself

other than that, nothing really. international "law" is a meme, the only thing you need to take into account is how other nations would react to such an act: russia will cry hypocrisy, EU will whine impotently about human rights, various third world countries will seethe about american imperialism, latin american leftists will go into turbo spergout gigaseethe mode (except guyana which was recently threatened with invasion by venezuela)

is having declared war a requirement for blowing up a dictator? Can Trump use the same workaround he's been using for blowing up the drug boats (e.g. we're fighting cartels, not the country of Venezuela)? IIRC he's already declared that he believes Maduro to be the head of several Venezuelan cartels. Is that enough domestic legal justification to take him out?

No. We haven't declared war since WW2. He's got 90 days before he has to go to congress to continue fighting. He can kill Maduro in that time.

Boomers not leaving power is a huge problem. To add insult to injury, modern medicine (or outright satanism) is allowing them to live past their 80s and 90s.

I disagree only because there’s no such thing as stateless drug trafficking just as there’s no such thing as stateless terrorism (outside of crazies that shoot up a place). It has state backing to function. Therefore if you destroy the state sponsoring it, you will do significant damage to the cartels/terrorists. Although I advocate more for flattening everything to send a message. I also believe drug traffickers should be treated as foreign spies/saboteurs and given the same rights.

Cartels and criminal orgs can exist without state backing alpharius. Read more nigga. If they didn’t have a power base outside of the state they wouldn’t be able to seize state power in the first place they wouldn’t be too weak

I've driven myself to near madness trying to figure that out and I've still got nothing. Pelosi's story will probably end quite similarly to Ruth Bader Ginsburg and hopefully screw the Democrats over when she gets to hell.

IIRC someone used the Win 98 installer executable and RAR process to make an XP floppy install to prove they could.
 
Trump should just issue an executive order that he wont honor injunctions except from the Supreme Court itself for executive driven actions. Under the rationale that only the Supreme Court itself is a coequal peer to himself.

Lower courts can still injunct administrative actions that arent signed off on explicility by the President. Under the logic that they are peers to the bureacracy.

Roberts can go on record on why a District judge is an equal to a President and we can go from there.
