- Nick says he is NOT going to talk about the TRO (This was a lie). At ~25 minutes in Nick says he will 'protect his family' and report TRO violation. He knows 'what [police] are looking for' in reports.
This is so weird.
The two RO violations we’re aware of on Aaron’s side are:
1. A tweet that vaguely suggests Aaron encouraged another individual to talk about Kayla.
2. Aaron being on the same show/stage as Geno, while Geno made comments about Kayla.
On number 1, this may be considered a form of organized harassment.
On number 2, this might also be construed as organized harassment?
Personally I think both instances are trumped up, but the common through line is involving other people in some capacity.
For Nick, the violations we perceive are some form of shit talking or talking about legal proceedings.
Maybe, cops/court only care if you are involving other people as a work around to the order.
But, that would then imply that Aaron could publicly call Kayla a slatternly whore all day long with no repercussion as long as he didn’t use other people to get the message out.
Thats of course retarded, there’s no way Aaron could’ve gotten away with that.
The difference may be in each respective RO, we know Aaron’s is a lot more restrictive than Nick’s. But the general mentioning of a person is a pretty standard restriction. (See the Ralphamale)
So what gives Nick this seeming impunity while Aaron is routinely whacked for questionable shit?
Simple, Nick has an in with the courts/police. It explains the bodycam shenanigans, the minimal PO supervision, and the excessive bias against Imholte.
I’ll put my chips down, the Zooluminati is probably real. It is only half a meme.
