Getting it done before the midterms would look like this:
  • ASAP, Republican controlled states who want to redraw in case of a favorable ruling draw the maps they they would want to implement
  • Those states then pass legislation that triggers automatically in the event of SCOTUS ruling the correct way (Roe ruling precedent, among others)
  • SCOTUS rules in June/July
  • The new maps are instantly in place prior to the election
Will there be screaming and lawsuits? Probably, but pretty sure the GOP Legislatures/Governors will come out on top of those. I've seen number of conservative lawfare types start advocating for this approach in the last week or so.
I'm talking out of my ass a bit here, but I'm pretty sure they have to have the districts ready before primaries, probably another deadline before that I don't know about. They don't have a year they have a few months.

Even without that, the dems are just in shit shape now. They're a laughing stock. Still a bit out there, won't have a clear picture until summer. If the economy tanks or Trump is outed at a chief Epstein client, all bets are off.

Unless a state has a state law or constitutional prohibition/limitation, the districts can be redrawn at any time.

Interesting to note that FBI files released in Trump's first presidency showed that KGB had evidence it was Lyndon B. Johnson who killed JFK
Don't @ me if late, but the docs (nearly 400 pages) have been released here (also attached):

It's apparently all in Russian. Any babushkas would be appreciated.

This is apparently a summary of what it holds:

I don’t know man, repeatedly saying “I want to kill my opponent and his children” is pretty bad.
yeah, the statement is shitty, but why shouldn't the voters decide if it's disqualifying by not voting for him. look at the recent polls, he's getting his ass kicked. don't give them a chance to plug in someone that might win.

raised in a hyper liberal bubble jokes around with their friends in a racy, shocking way. Obviously they were retarded to do it in a political group chat but if a 20-30 year old being making bad decisions justified all their worldviews
If there's anything I learned from being a millennial, it's to not associate your real life name with anything that could be considered racy or divisive on the Internet.

Also, how is the Young Republicans any different from Nick Funetes' America First?

It's really something how they try to treat the heroes of the south as evil bastards. Most of the were probably more PRO negro than Grant and Lincoln and would've been supporting ending slavery within a few decades which was a dying system. They were simple military men of patriot duties of the states, and back then the states mattered a lot. Now you got fuckers like nesom and pritzker that are pushing state rights over fed, but for just as evil means.

Like in 1865, the Republican Party will be winners on this.
They're both groups of Democrats, that's just how they are. People act so shocked when Democrats act like Democrats but what do you expect? As much as conservatives like to suck off the Confederates for whatever reason, the Confederates were all Democrats so yes they had 100% similar goals and reasoning that our Democrat leaders today are using to stoke the fires of a second Civil War, it's not a surprise at all that the Democrats and Republicans have taken their positions as they would no matter the era.

As for Democrats today shitting on the old Confederates, you shouldn't be surprised about this either. Democrats are literal cannibals, they always throw their own under the bus as long as they think they can get ahead from it, that's not changed. Democrats will always be the same. The Confederates of the Civil War would easily have no problems killing all of the Republicans that are always sucking off the Confederates today, just like modern Democrats have no problem killing Republicans in defense of their "muh state's rights"
