It's information worth sharing but personally I wouldn't put a lot of weight into that statement. Chance has never been great with words. He may have just worded that sentence badly. The statement also doesn't mean he is not still in school when he made it. I also wouldn't put it past him to lie on the internet at that time either. I certainly wouldn't have wanted to tell the Internet that I was still in high school at that age if it had been me. Everyone already knows what I have to say about Chance being an unreliable narrator because I never shut up about it. It's hard to say what is true and what is not. So much of the story is uncertain.

Keeping in mind that some things are uncertain it's my understanding that Chance was potentially expelled two separate times. Once for Blind Billy(Chance asked Sally and then claimed this happened in 2009)and once for jumping off of the balcony and lying about being pushed. I'm not sure about the order that these happened or if it's possible both events happened at the same school and contributed to one expulsion but he went to at least two different high schools. Those potential expulsions were not the end of his time in high school though. From what I have heard it seems that the final year he went to high school he didn't have enough credits to graduate. I'm unsure if that was the year the prom photos were taken in front of the landlords red truck but they were posted in October of 2011 on his old Facebook. It's possible Chance was held back before he ever got to high school. Getting expelled could have also led to him being held back.

Based on statements Chance has made if I had to guess why Chance never graduated it would be because he was never able to pass the algebra classes. He is terrible at everything but we know he is extremely poor at math. I'm sure he never pursued night school or a GED because he likely knew he would never be able to earn the required credits. This last paragraph is purely speculation. Anyways... I've watched far more Raxx videos than I'd care to admit.

To elaborate a bit on the statements I'm referring to... Chance claimed he actually had more credits than he needed to graduate. He said he had taken "extra algebra classes". Knowing how often Chance lies and what he lies about that indicates to me that those were specifically the classes he struggled in and didn't have the credits for. Anyways as I said pure speculation but it makes sense in my mind.

A fair point regarding Raxx's retardation, but in regards to your other point @Hurst posted an old profile of Chance's where he lists his age as 20 and his occupation as "highschool student", so I doubt he was/would be ashamed of that fact.
The question of when/why Chance left high school is fascinating to me because it's such a pivotal aspect of his life that we still aren't 100% certain of; the "Chance got kicked out of HS at 23" thing is brought up so often as an example of Raxx's stupidity that I was genuinely shocked when I found out his aunt denied it. That's why I'm so interested in finding corroborating information regarding Raxx's high school years; I want to know if Aunt Lynn was right and Cyraxx got kicked out at 18/19 like a regular run of the mill dumbass, or if Raxx is truly something special and he spent a whopping 9 years in high school without even managing to graduate.

Dale Lynn also refuses to believe Sally gets a government check from housing the goblin, which is dubious. IMO she’s an unreliable narrator because:
a) she’s not living in the same household
b) Sally is a notorious liar
c) she’s not especially bright herself
 
I do question whether Dale-Lynn would have kept up with Chance's age at the time given she's seemingly never cared about his well being(and who can blame her). I have a hard enough time remembering the age of the people that I care about. Given his immaturity it may just have felt that he was the "normal age" to her at that time. Who knows... Chance lies about dumb shit so here we are.

At the time this information was presented, she still thought Sally was her blood relative, and she clearly doesn't see anything wrong with getting any assistance from the government. So, why would she lie?

I lean towards believing Lynn regarding the high school issue because A) to my knowledge there's no evidence that Raxx got kicked out at 23 aside from his own word, and he's way more of an unreliable narrator then Lynn is and B) the age limit for Ohio schools is 22; I'm not sure how exactly the process works, but I imagine they boot you out the moment you turn the maximum age instead of waiting an additional year to do so.
Of course "normal age" is a bit subjective, and it's possible she might be slightly misremembering as you said; my current theory is (taking into account the profile that @Hurst found) that Raxx was removed at 20 or 21, Lynn misremembered that as him being 17 or 18, and Raxx himself misremembered the year when recounting things later on.

He does run the r/cyraxx server. So he could've got it from the reddit post.

At least they credited the YouTube channel they got it from (@eddie_error), who credited the farms.
