I've listened to some Supreme Court hearings while working and some of the shit KBJ said made the whole courtroom cringe. Both Sotomayor and Kagan have gotten obviously angry with her retarded questions and stupid arguments, to the point I think one of them politely told her to shut the fuck up.
Is she stupid enough that she turns the 0% chance of democrats going along with an impeachment to a 0.01% chance?

This is hilariously close to speaking the truth - that blacks implicitly want to vote for people that the rest of the voters do not want. If they "can't vote for who they want" because their votes are diluted by the rest of the district, well now that's just how elections work. My vote is meaningless if nobody else wants the same candidate.

And to think, her vote counts just as much as someone like Thomas or Alito's.

If that's not an indictment of the judicial system, what is?

Would you people stop sperging about the Hulkster? I swear we cant go a single day without someone malding about how awful it is there are liberals on the kiwifarms.
I have never seen a liberal argue in good faith here or on the farms, EXCEPT about lolicon.

I could probably do a better job steelmanning liberal positions than any of the threadshitters who mostly come in to talk about old pedophiles shitting their pants and legalizing child sex dolls (he shall not be named), who I have GRACIOUSLY not pinged since Texas successfully banned them, and as far as I am aware without any injunctions preventing the enforcement thereof.

She is DANGEROUSLY stupid. I know some people contend that La Sotomayor is equally or more stupid, but Jackson is shockingly (and belligerently) ignorant.
I can't believe she's on the court. She is an absolute retard and the poster child for DEI hire.

I don't know if people remember, but she clowned around on the Broadway stage last year .

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson debuts in queer Broadway musical knockoff of ‘Romeo and Juliet’

"Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson briefly ditched the black robes and drama of the Supreme Court and made history with her Saturday night debut on Broadway in the musical “& Juliet,” a queer reimagining of William Shakespeare’s classic 'Romeo & Juliet.'"

Yes, it was Sotomayor in one of the oral argument sessions back in (I think) April. Jackson was jumping in with her usual excitedness about getting to play on the varsity team even though she's not even good enough to play little league, and Sotomayor interrupted her to tell her to let whoever was arguing right then finish what he was saying. "Let him finish, just let him finish," and Jackson shut right the fuck up. But I don't think she was even embarrassed. She is so stoked to be in the position she's in.

Remember when she wore a voodoo cowrie shell necklace to try to curse Trump at the inauguration?

Lyndon B. Johnson and the 89th United States Congress cast a long shadow don't they.
